(More customer reviews)I've owned the Xenon for around 9 months and have had numerous problems. The screen typically freezes and the only way to fix it is to pop out the battery in the back. I've also experienced the screen not flipping the correct way when the keyboard slides out. I would not recommend this phone because it seems that it has kinks that need to be worked out!
