(More customer reviews)The 5.11 Traditional Tactical pants are a pass for me and no longer a part of my gear. I used to wear this brand on a daily basis but there are two reasons I will no longer wear these pants.

First, they just did not stand the durability test. My clip knife wore holes on the inside and outside of the pockets. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to take a long period of time for this to happen.

Second, and really more of an issue than the first, is that the crotch is too tight and does not provide much flexibility. If you had to lift your leg over a wall or perform a kick in these pants you will have a difficult time. I have heard this complaint from many other people as well. The pants are comfortable if you are just standing around but once you become active you will experience the limited movement and flexibility. Even if you are just hiking and doing basic rock climbing you would get uncomfortable pretty fast.

This is a product that I cannot endorse or recommend. They look good but the functionality and durability is too limited.
