(More customer reviews)I purchased this holster (med auto) and when received it the mail, i opened it up and put my Walther P99 in it and noticed something was wrong, it was really tight on the gun. Well on the side of the holster is a model number which i looked up on vega's website, and it says its for the ppk. so i called the company and they said since the model wasn't listed they would exchange it for free and pay for shipping. So i got the large one and it fits the gun like a glove (not to tight of course). So if you have the P99 as featured in "Casino Royale" then go with the large size.
