(More customer reviews)The holster that comes with the Maglite AA is really good and I like it very much, except: if you bend over far enough, your $30 LED flashlight can slip out unnoticed; D'Oh. Maglite also sells the same belt loop holster but with a flap that goes over the top of your flashlight. I suggest you get this item, and not this Nite Ize after-market product.

The official Maglite flashlight is a rather tight squeeze into the Nite Ize: you have to really jam it down hard into the loop. The other 2AA flashlights I tried would not go down very far, no matter how hard you pushed it into the loop. It also has a rather hokey magnetic clip rather than a snap to keep the flap shut firmly. The belt clip is plastic and not a belt loop; this allows you to rotate the holster and turn your flashlight on, all without removing the flashlight from the holster. IMHO, this is pretty much a joke.

I recommend against this product. Instead, get the official thing Mag Instrument Nylon Full Flap Holster for AA Mini Magritte, Black #AM2A056.
