It was a little stiff at first, but has now "taken it's shape" after keeping the revolver stored in it for a while. Good starter holster for CCW. Leather is good quality, and construction is sturdy. Bianchi makes quality products, and I am happy with my purchase. Gun is held in place well, but is easy to draw when needed. This holster is a good value.
