(More customer reviews)I bought the Fobus and The Uncle Mike's ankle holster for my Ruger LCP at the same time.I wanted both to see which one I liked best and I was going to sell the other one, or give it to a friend or whatever.Using both several times I would have to say I keep leaning towards the Uncle Mike's Holster over this one.It seems to hold the gun closer to the ankle, therefore it sticks out less.This makes it more concealed.

However, regarding the quality of the Fobus, I have no complaints.It is durable, comfortable and secure.The uncle mikes is only secure when you use the strap that comes up over your calf, which can become uncomfortable over time.The Fobus seems to hold it's place well without that strap.I was worried about the gun falling out without some type of strap around it, but it seems secure.I haven't had any problems.I really didn't want to loose it on a motorcycle ride or something then realize 100 miles down the road it was gone, but I never had any problems with that.I still like the strap with the Uncle Mike's better for that security, however.

Drawing the gun will be a lot quicker with the Fobus.The lack of a strap helps that.But the angle in which the gun sits can't be adjusted, and it just seemed to stick out more in the jeans I wear.

The bottom line I guess is that this is a well made product, it does what it says it will do and the quality is nice.I had a slight preference to the Uncle Mike's for two reasons: it held the LCP closer to the ankle and it has a strap.If a quick draw is more important to you and you don't worry about the *slight* difference in the gun's position, the Fobus would be a good ankle holster.
